We work with mid-size to large Thai businesses, regional subsidiaries of multinational firms, and family-owned enterprises going through periods of change. Our engagements are most useful when an organization recognizes a specific challenge — procurement inefficiency, a leadership development gap, or integration complexity — and wants a clear, defined process for addressing it.
How structured are the engagements? Can the scope change mid-project?
Each engagement begins with a scoping session where we agree on deliverables, timelines, and working methods. While we build in flexibility for what we discover along the way, the core deliverables and duration are agreed upfront. This protects both sides and keeps the engagement productive. If scope changes significantly, we discuss it openly.
What is the typical team involvement required from our side?
It varies by engagement. For the Vendor Rationalization, we primarily need access to spend data and one or two internal contacts. For the Management Diagnostic, we coordinate with HR and conduct structured conversations with managers. For integration work, we meet regularly with the executive team. We design our process to be thorough without being burdensome.
Are the deliverables practical documents or high-level presentations?
We aim for documents your team can actually use. A supplier matrix your procurement manager can act on, individual development profiles your HR leader can reference, or a communication playbook your CEO can follow during an integration. Usable clarity is the standard we hold ourselves to.
How is confidentiality handled, especially for sensitive diagnostics?
Confidentiality is foundational to our approach. We sign NDA agreements before any work begins. For the Management Development Diagnostic, individual profiles are delivered directly to the person they concern — not to their line manager or HR — unless the individual agrees otherwise. Data handling and information security protocols are discussed during the scoping session.
What happens after the engagement is complete?
We close every engagement with a formal handover session where we walk through the deliverables, answer questions, and discuss implementation considerations. Most clients find value in scheduling a follow-up conversation 30–60 days later to check in on progress. These follow-up conversations are included in the engagement fee, not charged additionally.
