Three Engagements. Three Distinct Challenges Addressed.
Each of our consulting solutions is designed for a specific organizational situation. Defined timelines, transparent pricing, and structured deliverables.
← Back to HomeHow We Approach Every Engagement
Each Chedi Axis engagement follows the same fundamental structure: we begin by understanding the context in detail, we work within an agreed scope, and we end with a clear handover. What changes between engagements is the subject matter and the specific methods applied.
Our quality assurance approach requires that all analysis be documented with its source data and reasoning — so clients can follow the logic, not just the conclusions. This means our work holds up to scrutiny, and can be adapted by internal teams as circumstances evolve.

Vendor & Supplier Rationalization
A procurement-focused review of your vendor and supplier portfolio. The consulting team maps your full supplier base, categorizes spend by volume and category, assesses supplier performance indicators, and evaluates concentration risk — the degree to which key operations depend on a small number of suppliers.
The output is a practical working document — not a slide deck — that categorizes each supplier relationship by strategic importance, performance level, and recommended action. A negotiation preparation guide is included for priority relationships where renegotiation or restructuring would be beneficial.
What the Engagement Covers
Engagement Steps
Week 1: Data collection — spend data, supplier contracts, internal stakeholder interviews
Week 2: Analysis — categorization, performance scoring, risk assessment
Week 3: Deliverable preparation + handover session with procurement and leadership team
Middle Management Development Diagnostic
An assessment-driven engagement focused on the capabilities, challenges, and development needs of your middle management layer — the group that most directly shapes day-to-day performance and organizational culture. Middle managers often receive the least structured development attention, despite their disproportionate influence on outcomes.
The diagnostic uses 360-degree input gathering, skills gap analysis, and role expectations review. Individual development profiles are delivered confidentially to each participant. A cohort-level diagnostic report — without individual attribution — is delivered to HR and leadership, along with a recommended development program design.
What the Engagement Covers
Engagement Steps
Weeks 1–2: Scoping with HR, role mapping, 360-degree data collection from managers, direct reports, and peers
Weeks 3–4: Skills gap analysis, individual profile preparation, cohort pattern analysis
Week 5: Individual profile delivery (confidential), cohort report delivery, development program design presentation
Post-Acquisition Integration Planning
Structured support for organizations that have completed or are completing an acquisition. Integration work is often underprepared — the focus tends to stay on the deal itself, leaving the harder organizational work unmanaged in the months that follow. This engagement addresses that gap.
Services cover cultural compatibility assessment, systems and process harmonization planning, organizational design for the combined entity, and communication strategy for employees, customers, and partners. Bi-weekly progress reviews are included throughout the 10 weeks, along with adjustment sessions where findings shift the initial plan.
What the Engagement Covers
Engagement Steps
Weeks 1–3: Scoping, cultural and organizational assessment of both entities, stakeholder interviews
Weeks 4–7: Integration planning — systems, organizational design, communication strategy, synergy identification
Weeks 8–9: Plan refinement, document finalization, stakeholder review
Week 10: Full handover package delivery and closing session with executive team
